6 cups cubed watermelon
1 cup halved yellow cherry tomatoes
½ cup crumbled goat cheese
6 fresh mint leaves, torn or roughly chopped
6 fresh basil leaves, torn or roughly chopped
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt, to taste
- Combine the cubed watermelon, tomatoes, goat cheese, mint, and basil in a large bowl and toss to combine.
